All clinical studies have a number of health checks, called inclusion and exclusion criteria, that people must meet in order to participate. To see if you may be eligible for either the ACCOMPLISH-1 or ACCOMPLISH-2 Study, please complete this participation checklist.

If your BMI is 27 or higher, do you have at least one of the following weight-related conditions:

  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
  • High cholesterol or other fat levels in your blood (dyslipidemia)
  • Interrupted breathing during sleep (diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea)
  • Cardiovascular disease (reduced blood flow or mild heart failure with symptoms during activity)
  • Fatty liver disease (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, or MASH)?*
